no, but they dont play in the moral sandbox that most of humanity is in. they are wrestling the large difficult questions of the lesser of two evils. generals make tough decisions to sacrifice men all throughout history. we had the enigma machine but we still let them attack various targets, like pearl harbor, in order to safekeep the key to winning the bigger war.

The recent discovery of quantum vibrations in "microtubules" inside brain neurons corroborates this theory, according to review authors Stuart Hameroff and Sir Roger Penrose.
