He had the right to a fair an impartial jury which was denied to him which is a violation of the 6th Amendment and he Supreme Law of the land which states that no state law can supersede the US constitution. He can have the whole case thrown out by the appeals court. Did they pursue this? Even if the Appellate court denies him then it should be brought up to the US Supreme Court.
