It was probably from a Benjamin Fulford video.
Vatican banks account were also found. Probably initially amongst the Panama Papers and WikiLeaks.
It’s buried in the US Constitution and article of Confederation somewhere.
Are they expecting for us to research and find this?
The Woman have always been running the show in the British Royal family. The men are just pussy figure heads.
I think we’re being pushed on purpose not to pay taxes this year and/or research the law versus legal(fraud) status of it.
It’s getting bad now with the Vaccine injuries, strokes, heart attacks and cancers. I personally know a dozen people who have died from cancer in the last 2 years.
