Mr. Biden: We're also going to end the legacy of discrimination-based home valuation…If a developer comes along and build twenty homes on one side of the highway, and twenty homes on the other, and one side had people of black and brown backgrounds, in the same exact home as built in the white neighborhood, guess what? The day you bought that home, that black home is worth twenty percent less than the white home. Or the Hispanic home is worth twenty percent less. It's wrong.

Mr. Biden: We've a lot more to do. A lot more to do. The reason this election is so important; it's not about me, it's about the future. He wants to undo every single things we've done if he gets elected. He's stated it straight-up. But there's so much more; we have to keep and to do.
