In Illinois if a person has established residency at your home, you are not allowed to kick them out.
You are not allowed to make someone homeless.
So if you live in Illinois, don't ever allow a friend to move in with you. You can't get rid of them.
Well my sis-in-law had a friend living with her for 6 months and the friend got nasty so she told her to leave. The friend refused to leave so my sis-in-law called the police and the police told my sis-in-law that by Illinois law my sis-in-law could not kick her friend out.
They had to surround it with plexiglass because they know that it will get vandalized?
