In my opinion, Q is a LARP because LARPs use props.
Those pictures, the pen, the close up of the executive order, those were props. But the info he was exposing, much of it is real.
It's still a fucked up thing for Q to do. This most certainly is "a game" now I suppose. Especially if he's using props to paint a fictitious setting. That's what a literal LARP does.
