I don’t know how much you’re aware of beyond the ‘defund the police’ movement but police have been largely purged in these dem strategic areas.
Veteran cops have been helped to retire. Local cops moved on. They don’t hire white males or good cops anymore as they’ve committed to programs like DEI and 30/30. They also won’t hire family legacy or vets. Don’t want any officers who would keep their oath. Whole departments quit en mass over the jabs.
What you’ve got left in these areas are the commies, the unsure, the uvaldes too scared to go in, the detroits who run the opposite direction, sociologists and bottom of the academy.
