Justice Jackson said to the plaintiff, “My biggest concern is that your view has the First Amendment hamstringing the government in significant ways in the most important time periods.” She added, “You seem to be suggesting that duty cannot manifest itself in the government encouraging or even pressuring platforms to take down harmful information. So, can you help me? Because I’m really worried about that because you’ve got the First Amendment operating in an environment of threatening circumstances, from the government’s perspective, and you’re saying that the government can’t interact with the source of those problems.”

Judge Napolitano Asks Journalist Max Blumenthal ‘Who Runs Foreign Policy?’

This video is startling and controversial, and there is much in it that we cannot evaluate from a distance, but we are reporting on it as foreign policy is an important issue that must be examined.

Judge Napolitano asked investigative journalist Max Blumenthal who runs foreign policy and Blumenthal responded by using former Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland as an example; she recently resigned from her position and she is now teaching at the Columbia School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) along with her colleague Hillary Clinton. The dean of SIPA, Keren Yarhi-Milo, is a former Israeli military intelligence officer. Blumenthal said SIPA is funded by the oil and military weapons industries. Blumenthal then stated that Joe Biden is the largest recipient of Israeli lobby money of any active us politician and that he’s received over $1 million throughout his career. Haim Saban, the Hollywood mogul who owns the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers franchise, has been the largest donor of the last three Democrat presidents, including Clinton, Obama and Biden.

Blumenthal weighed in on the war in Gaza and said that it will take two months before the port that the US plans to build on the shore of Gaza is operational and many Palestinians will starve. In addition, Israelis will oversee the delivery of the supplies going into Gaza. He said that Israelis are currently blocking supply trucks and that they can also prevent supplies from ships entering Gaza. Biden could stop the war by demanding a cease fire and ending monetary aid to Israel.
