What does it mean when your mail comes to your house all sticky with green spots and little red fuzz stuck to each green spot? Front and back. 4 pieces of sticky mail all covered in little green spots, each spot with little red hairs stuck to it. 2 pieces had green spots and red hairs on the inside letter as well.
