Unless I've misunderstood CM, a hash cannot be converted back to an IP. It is a one way hash designed that way specifically to prevent such fuckery by BOs and BVs. The ONLY way to get an anon's IP is via CM's admin level access to the database. Nobody is supposed to have access to an anon's IP without court order.
Which makes all the claims about 'banning by the subnet' highly suspect at best and pure fantasy most likely.
The thought of some idjit like AFLB having access to IPs is scary to say the least!
