This is a research board. Without bakers, it does not run.
Baking and notetaking are ESSENTIAL JOBS. Toughest jobs on this board by far. Admins will support any baker who take abides by board rules, takes decent notes and bakes competently.
There is no favoritism, it's all brass tacks. Job has to be done - if you or anybody wants to do it, step right up. Plenty of help available.
