GHWBush has been suspected in involvement in JFK assassination due to being present at the book depository, there is a photograph, and memos. It is thought that since he was Director of the CIA at the time and since he was there, that he was involved.

Regardless if true or not, its a widely known "conspiracy theory" and people might think of that if it was referenced as in "timber" underneath the bust of JFK (or RFK not sure who that is a bust of).
