Q Mission:

2. Create a historical record of the intentions and actions of the Administration that can be communicated by supporters of the Administration

3. Create constant state of support and interest in administrative short and long term goals among constituents

4. In the event of mutiny provide a source of direct contact with pro administration support

5. Define a media narrative from bottom up via social networks and media sources in support of administration.

Create, generate, constant interest, and energy among supporters, and sew confusion and angst among administration enemies done via information and disinformation.
