This should be high priority for school districts to make it clear that violence isn't tolerated at all. It's not just the districts near St. Louis where this insanity is festering. Children are being indoctrinated that nebulous concepts about racial inequities mean that one group can "get rowdy" against another with impunity. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 may not be a perfect law, but it is the law.
