I work with trached patients who cannot speak and they just started using these laminated papers with letters and such to point to letter by letter
I like it better when they just write what they want on a white board
Now i kno why i dont care for those alphabet boards!!

She was who i thought of when they said Jane Doe 107(?) lived in foreign land and very prominent and feared for her life if client list revealed and so was delayed to jan 22nd and now crickets
