No wall. Declare Mexico a failed state and a threat to national security. Invade that land, defeat the cartel. Seize all their blood/drug money and Clown money and seize their oil fields to pay for the whole damn operation. Then keep military in buffer zone between US and Mexico to form a militarized zone until they can govern themselves and keep their people home.
