Paraphrasing, but it was about how if the reflection on the phone were coming from a 3D source (i.e. physically standing in the office), the skew/distortion would not exist (or be lessened, or some shit). Since it's skewed the way it is, it must be a reflection off of a 2D surface (i.e. a photo or screen).

 

Smartanon explains the how and why but I don't know what bread it was in. The shifting you see in the animated GIF is caused by the anon's Photoshop job not getting the skew/distortion 100% right, he eyeballed it (which you'd have to since it's almost impossible to know the orientation of the phone).
