Alive? I haven't heard that theory, but I do recall an anon "ER attending" who posted to 4chan after Seth Rich's alleged murder. He said that he was shocked by the news that Seth Rich had died because he was there on the floor and said despite his injuries, his condition had stabilized when he left his shift. The implication was that someone may have done him in while in the hospital, but who knows.
