Hate to break it to you, but if you actually did the work and were consistent and honest about it, you'd learn that all human knowledge ultimately depends on what you're perjoratively labelling "blind faith", i.e. axioms, that are accepted as true without further "why".

Keep in mind that knowing all human knowledge AND CLAIMS TO KNOWLEDGE ultimately rests on axiomatic statements that are to be taken as "blind faith", implies that it is ok to question and reject the "believe us with blind faith" statements of corrupt groups of people calling themselves the FDA.
