How can anything lead to damnation if you do not believe in heaven or hell. You are really not as smart as you think you are.
I am not denying that heavan and hell exist in other faiths. You are anti-religion and you suppose that religion leads people to damnation. None of that makes sense. If you are an atheist you believe all religion is nonsense and when you die nothing happens. You cannot therefore believe that you have a soul.
