What dosage of Iodine to kill parasites? Usually I trust the recommended dosage on the label of my supplements but sometimes it's way off like that for Vitamin D (they recommend way too little).
Dr Berg saying people in Japan consuming 10g (Sea Kelp) of it and they have some of the lowest rates of cancer. But the recommended amount they give is way too low (150mcg).
I fuked up the conversion. Japan consumes 0.15g daily of Iodine. Anyways figure out the conversion yourself cuz there are way more micrograms in a gram than expected.
It's one of those retarded shit like Americans using Fahrenheit where it's like 1mil micrograms per gram instead of 1000 increments.
