Bridge hit at time where least amount of traffic possible. Bridge clearly not the target for "mass casualties".

So, if intentional, why?

If the bridge was target it was to disrupt traffic over coming months to alternate, more congested routes.

If the ship was the target, what was in those container(s).

Otherwise it's a tragic accident (preventable in many ways) but least amount of human casualties. Imagine at rush hour.

I wonder if Boeing makes container ships, lol.
