Mr. Biden: We're gonna send all the federal resources they need as we respond to this emergency. I mean all the federal resources. And we're gonna rebuild that port together. This was a terrible accident. At this time, we have no other indication, no other reason to believe there was any intentional act here.

Mr. Biden: It's my intention [inaudible] will pay for the entire cost of reconstructing that bridge, and I expect congress to support my effort.
