>this is another DALI ship

>the one that crashed in Baltimore is called Singapore

It is the same ship.

Construction of Dali began in 2014 in HD Hyundai Heavy Industries' Ulsan shipyard in South Korea.[5] The ship is based on the "Hyundai 9000 wide beam" design, modified to increase container capacity from 9,034 TEU to 9,962 TEU by relocating the wheelhouse from three-quarters aft to a more forward position.[9] Dali and her sister ship Cezanne[10] were christened with the names of the painters, Salvador Dalí and Paul Cézanne.[4] Both vessels were delivered to owner Oceanbulk Maritime SA in early 2015, for charter by Maersk.[9] Dali was registered in Majuro, Marshall Islands.[7]

>Bring in a crane and 24/7 crew to remove the wreckage out of the way. Can be done in 3 days.

You are talking about America not Crimea Russia.

American labor unions will make sure it takes at least a year.

>Given normal structural design safety factors,

Do those structural design factors take into account 116,851 metric tonnes traveling at 7-8 nautical miles per hour hitting it.

Afaik no construction structural design manuals cover that scenario.

>Tugboats were released from the Singaporean ship 17 minutes before impact with the Baltimore bridge.

That would not be unusual. The tugs are there to help dock and undock the ship and help it turn around in confined areas.

Once the ship is in the main channel there is no need for the tugs.
