No anon, there were 2 separate suits. The one just dismissed was from 3 members of the DNC filed last year. The one we are interested in was files a few months ago on behalf of the whole DNC.

To be clear: there were 2 cases against the Campaign. One was filed last year by 3 members of the DNC. THAT is the one just dismissed.
There was another suit filed a few months ago that Potus even tweeted about and Q dropped crumbs on it. Believe it was 4/20. That is the one where the DNC server can be required for evidence. That is the one we are waiting for. THe one dismissed was a nothingburger.
