I grew up in a town whose motto was, "The West's Most Western Town." When I was young, the downtown area still had wooden sidewalks and hitching posts, and people still rode their horses to town. When entering a bar, prominent signs stated that weapons must be deposited with the bartender. That's how it was done when I was young.

No. The Second Amendment pertains to what the GOVERNMENT may not do. It does not infringe on private property rights of business owners.
