New York Starts Handing Out Prepaid Debit Cards To Illegal Immigrants

New York City officials on Monday started handing out pre-paid debit cards to illegal immigrants as part of a $53 million pilot program that has drawn criticism over whether the prospect of “free money” is incentivizing more unlawful border crossings.

The first batch of the cards were given out on March 25 to a handful of families and that will expand to roughly 460 people by next week, New York City Mayor Eric Adams’ office confirmed to Fox News.

The Epoch Times previously reported on the pre-paid card program, under which New York City awarded a $53 million contract to a company called Mobility Capital Finance to create and distribute the pre-paid cards, called immediate response cards.

Under the program, the cards would first be delivered to the Roosevelt Hotel, the first touchpoint for illegal immigrants arriving in the city, with records indicating that the first to receive the cards will be families with children under the care of NYC’s Housing Preservation and Development agency.

City Hall said that the pre-paid cards can only be used at bodegas, grocery stores, supermarkets, and convenience stores and recipients will have to sign a pledge promising to use the cards only to buy food and baby supplies.

The program has faced criticism, including over the use of taxpayer funds to provide services to people who entered the country by flouting the law, and over fears that they would incentivize illegal immigration.

Mixed Messages?

New York City Mayor Eric Adams defended the use of the prepaid cards during an in-person media availability in Albany on March 26.

Mr. Adams was asked by a reporter whether the prepaid cards provide potential migrants an appealing reason to come to the United States and so whether the program sends a mixed message, given the mayor’s stated attempts to dissuade illegal immigrants from coming to New York City.

“No, it sends a mixed message when it’s distorted,” the mayor replied. He said he gave his team a clear directive to bring down costs related to the provision of services to illegal immigrants in the Big Apple by 30 percent—and that the cards are part of that initiative.

A gay man from the Chicago area is facing child pornography charges and is accused of plotting the purchase and rape of a surrogate-born baby boy, while also admitting to the previous rapes of his nieces and nephews.

A gay man from the Chicago area is facing federal charges after authorities say he used a gay dating app to share child pornography with other pedophiles, boast about the rape of his young relatives, and discuss his plans to purchase a surrogate baby boy for use as a child sex slave. King was just days away from receiving the baby, and said in messages that he planned on “getting my c*** in him ASAP.”

39-year-old Adam Stafford King, a veterinary ophthalmologist from Elburn, Illinois, just outside of Chicago, is facing at least one count of knowingly distributing child pornography, but police say their investigation is far from over, after they discovered messages in which King boasted about drugging and raping his nieces and nephews, and discussed his plans to purchase a surrogate baby boy to use as his child sex slave and to pimp out to fellow pedophiles.

According to the police, King had been communicating with law enforcement since at least “late 2023” and sent them child pornography, including videos that showed the rape of pre-teen boys by grown men.

However, King said in the messages that he prefers his victims’ ages to rank in the “single digits” and spoke of how excited he was to be purchasing a surrogate baby that he could rape whenever he wanted.

“I do love the idea of inviting a buddy over when I have my boy,” King allegedly wrote in the messages, plotting the future gang rape of the yet-unborn surrogate child.

“I plan on getting my c*** in him ASAP,” he said of the baby.

King even sent over photos of baby clothes that he and his husband (who thus far is uncharged) received for Christmas, as well as ultrasound photos of the unborn baby boy.

Planned Parenthood facing new allegations of illegally selling aborted baby tissue

New evidence has emerged to show that Planned Parenthood "sells late-term aborted baby body parts in violation of federal law," just as we have been reporting for years.

Planned Parenthood allegedly forged a partnership with the University of California - San Diego (UCSD) to profit from the "harvesting and sale" of aborted human babies for "research patents."

"This new evidence shows Planned Parenthood sells late-term aborted baby body parts in violation of federal law, for far more money than has ever been discussed before," said David Daleiden, founder and president of the California-based Center for Medical Progress, which filed a public records request to obtain this damning information.

"Planned Parenthood's national headquarters knew about and approved these sales of aborted babies for valuable consideration as part of government-funded research grants."

The unearthed documents show that Planned Parenthood has been explicitly sending the aborted baby body parts to UCSD for "valuable consideration" in exchange for ownership of the patents and intellectual property the university develops upon experimenting with the tissue.

A "Biological Materials Transfer Agreement" spells out the alleged deal, though much of the information is redacted. The document shows that Planned Parenthood granted UCSD "access" to "fetal and placental tissue," which are described as the "proprietary materials" of Planned Parenthood San Diego.

In return for all this, the deal allows Planned Parenthood full rights to "patents" and "intellectual property" developed through experiments with the "material," also known as the aborted baby body parts and tissue.

Former EU Ambassador Gordon Sondland, Who Testified Against Trump at Impeachment, Registers as Ukraine Foreign Agent

Gordon Sondland, the former ambassador to the European Union who testified against former President Donald Trump during the Democrats’ first impeachment attempt, has registered as a foreign agent of Ukraine.

During the impeachment hearings, Sondland gave contradictory testimony about a White House meeting in exchange for investigations of 2016 election interference and Burisma Holdings, a company tied to the Biden family business.

It is unclear what specific work Sondland produces for Ukraine. His registration leaves blank for what “purpose” he works for the embattled county and only notes he works for a “Foreign Principal.” It also does not specify any compensation.

NSD/FARA Registration Unit received registration on March 21, 2024, with an expiration date of October 31, 2026.

Austin Tells Gallant US-Israel ‘Security Bond’ Is ‘Unshakable’

The Israeli defense minister is in Washington to ensure continued US support for the massacre in Gaza

Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin hosted Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant in Washington on Tuesday and declared the US-Israel military relationship is “unshakable” as the Israeli slaughter of Palestinians in Gaza continues.

“Yoav, your security bond is — our security bond is unshakable. The United States is Israel’s closest friend, and that won’t change,” Austin said in remarks welcoming Gallant.

Austin also detailed his close coordination with Gallant since October. “You know, I’ve been to Israel twice since that awful day of October 7th, including just six days after Hamas assaulted your country. And we’ve spoken by phone nearly 40 times,” he said.

The purpose of Gallant’s trip was to ensure continued US support for Israel’s military and to ask for more weapons. Officials told CNN that he was expected to ask for more precision-guided munitions and F-35 and F-15 fighter jets.

“Today, we will discuss developments in Gaza and the means to achieve our goals: the destruction of Hamas organization and bringing back the Israeli hostages back home,” Gallant said.

Austin claimed the US was concerned about the massive civilian death toll in Gaza and the Israeli restrictions on aid. But unconditional US military support has continued despite the atrocities being committed.

The meeting came after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu canceled another planned delegation to Washington meant to discuss Israel’s plans to attack Rafah because the US didn’t veto a UN Security Council resolution calling for a Ramadan ceasefire in Gaza.

According to the Pentagon, Austin warned Gallant about an assault on Rafah, which is packed with 1.5 million Palestinians, during their private meeting. “The Secretary stressed that the United States and Israel have a moral imperative and a shared strategic interest in safeguarding civilians, noting that operations in Rafah should not proceed without a credible and implementable plan that ensures the safety of and humanitarian support for civilians sheltering there,” the Pentagon said.

Netanyahu and other Israeli officials have brushed off US concerns about Rafah and have repeatedly vowed they will launch an invasion of the city, which would incur a huge number of civilian casualties and disrupt aid shipments even more.

Alaska governor accepted more than $55,000 in hunting-related gifts last year

Alaska Gov. Mike Dunleavy received gifts worth more than $55,000 in support of his 2023 hunting activities, according to his recently filed financial disclosure.

The governor has accepted gifts to support his hunts regularly since he was elected governor, but the value of last year’s hunts exceeds what he’s reported in previous years.

Dunleavy reported receiving a guided spring bear hunt and guided fall moose hunt by Alaska outfitter Sam Fejes at a combined value of between $50,000 and $100,000.

In February of last year, a 10-day bear hunt in May “with special guest Alaska’s Governor Mike Dunleavy” was sold in auction for $25,000. The auction was to benefit Safari Club International, a pro-hunting group.

Dunleavy spokesperson Grant Robinson declined to answer questions on the auctioned hunt, including who won the auction and who attended the hunt with the governor. Fejes did not respond to phone calls and emails seeking information on the hunts.

Fejes contributed $6,000 to Dunleavy’s campaign ahead of the 2022 election.

Dunleavy was at the bear hunt when the Legislature called into a special session in May, after failing to pass a budget during the regular 121-day session.

Dunleavy was also seen at a Texas rodeo in February of last year, around when an unidentified high-altitude object was shot down off Alaska’s coast.

Dunleavy spokespeople declined to immediately answer questions about the dates that Dunleavy was out hunting and who accompanied him on his hunting trips, asking instead for the questions to be submitted through a formal records request.

According to this year’s report, Dunleavy received gifted hunting trips from two Texas hunters last year — Ronnie Urbanczyk and Billy Robinson, both of whom have given Dunleavy hunting-related gifts in the past three years.

Dunleavy reported that Urbanczyk gave him a shotgun, quail hunt, hat, shells, rodeo ticket and semi-automatic pistol valued between $5,000 and $10,000 last year.

Urbanczyk reportedly gave Dunleavy in 2022 a tanned cowhide and a cooler of game meat worth a combined $310. The year before, Urbanczyk gifted Dunleavy a hunt worth between $5,000 and $10,000.

Robinson gave Dunleavy last year two shotguns and a chartered helicopter ride for a “hunting trip amongst friends” worth $639.

Robinson in previous years gave Dunleavy a taxidermied wildebeest head and horns worth at least $1,000; a gun, a chartered helicopter ride, a taxidermied deer head, and a gemsbok head worth at least $3,000; and meat processing of two gemsbok white tail worth at least $2,000.

The two Texas hunters also contributed large sums to Dunleavy’s 2022 election campaign. Robinson reported contributing $26,000 to Dunleavy’s campaign. Urbanczyk’s wife, Terry, reported contributing $50,000.

Dunleavy, an avid sportsman, has previously suggested establishing a huntable population of deer in the Mat-Su Valley. This year, he attempted to move the approval process for the introduction of invasive species from the Board of Game to the governor-appointed commissioner of fish and game. The proposed change was explained in part as meant to ease the process of introducing animals for hunting. That attempt was blocked by the Legislature.

Experts Discover Over 200Billion DNA Fragments in a Single Dose of Pfizer’s COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine

Cancer genomics expert Dr. Phillip Buckhaults recently testified to the South Carolina Senate about the DNA contamination found in Pfizer’s mRNA COVID-19 vaccines. There are an estimated 200 billion pieces of plasmid DNA in each dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, he said. These pieces of DNA are packaged in lipid nanoparticles, basically a synthetic virus, and are delivered into vaccinees’ cells.

Dr. Phillip Buckhaults is a Professor at the University of South Carolina. He has a PhD in biochemistry and molecular biology and conducts cancer genomics research. What that effectively means is he and his team are specialists at detecting foreign pieces of DNA in places where they are not supposed to be.

On 12 September, he testified before the South Carolina Senate Medical Affairs Ad-Hoc Committee on the Department of Health and Environmental Control (“DHEC”).

“The Pfizer vaccine is contaminated with plasmid DNA. It’s not just mRNA, it’s got bits of DNA in it.” Prof. Buckhaults said.

A colleague who was in charge of the vaccination programme in Columbia, South Carolina, kept all the Pfizer vials, containing remnants of the contents, from the two batches that were used. From the remnants, Prof. Buckhaults sequenced all the DNA that was in these vials. “I can see what’s in [the vaccines] and it’s surprising that there’s any DNA in there. And you can kind of work out what it is and how it got there and I’m kind of alarmed about the possible consequences of this both in terms of human health and biology,” he said.

“This DNA, in my view, it could be causing some of the rare, but serious, side effects like death from cardiac arrest.

“This DNA can and likely will integrate into the genomic DNA of cells that got transfected with the vaccine mix … we do this in the lab all the time; we take pieces of DNA, we mix them up with a lipid complex, like the Pfizer vaccine is in, we pour it onto cells and a lot of it gets into the cells. And a lot of it gets into the DNA of those cells and it becomes a permanent fixture of the cell. It’s not just a temporary thing. It is in that cell from now on and all of its progeny from now on and forever more … So, that’s why I’m kind of alarmed about this DNA being in the vaccine. It’s different from RNA because it can be permanent.”

Based on solid molecular biology, it is a theoretical but reasonable concern that this DNA could cause a sustained autoimmune attack towards that tissue, he said.

“It’s also a very real theoretical risk of future cancer in some people. Depending on where in the genome this foreign piece of DNA lands it can interrupt a tumour suppressor or activate an oncogene,” he added. “I think it’ll be rare but I think the risk is not zero.”

“DNA is a long-lived,” Prof. Buckhaults explained. “What you were born with you’re going to die with and pass on to your kids. DNA lasts for hundreds of thousands of years … So, alterations to the DNA – they stick around.”

Prof. Buckhaults explained that there are a LOT of pieces of DNA in Pfizer’s vaccines. Although some are 5,000 and 500 base pairs long, most of the pieces are around 100 base pairs. But this is irrelevant because the probability of a piece of DNA integrating into the human genome is unrelated to its size. “Your genome risk is just a function of how many particles there are,” he said. “All these little pieces of DNA that are in the vaccine [give] many many thousands of opportunities to modify a cell of a vaccinated person.”

“The pieces are very small because during the process they chopped them up to try to make them go away – but they actually increased the hazard of genome modification in the process.”

Israel bans Palestinian Christians from Jerusalem on Palm Sunday

Israel banned thousands of Palestinian Christians in the occupied West Bank from entering the occupied city of Jerusalem to participate in Palm Sunday celebrations in advance of the Western church dates for Easter next weekend. Israeli troops were out in force at checkpoints surrounding Jerusalem and in the vicinity of the Old City.

The Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem, Cardinal Pierbattista Pizzaballa, presided over the Palm Sunday Mass on Sunday morning at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in the Old City. The service was attended by bishops and priests, as well as monks, nuns, and a limited number of worshippers, mostly from Jerusalem itself and Palestinian citizens of Israel.

The Israeli authorities require Muslim and Christian Palestinians to obtain special permits to cross military checkpoints surrounding the holy city and have access to places of worship, especially Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. They also place restrictions on issuing permits, requiring Palestinians to possess a “card” issued by the Israel army after conducting what it calls a “security check” of the applicant. After that, Palestinians have to download a special app on their mobile devices and apply for a permit. Such permit applications are usually rejected.

Churches have cancelled all forms of celebrations of the holidays in light of the ongoing Israeli military offensive against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, apart from masses, prayers and religious rituals.

A limited number of Christian pilgrims from around the world arrived in Jerusalem for Palm Sunday because many airlines cancelled flights due to the continued aggression in Gaza and the severe restrictions imposed by Israel on the entry of foreigners from Jordan.

The churches in Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Jericho and Gaza that follow the Western calendar celebrated Palm Sunday. Churches in the unified governorates of Ramallah, Nablus and Jenin, meanwhile, will celebrate Easter according to the Eastern calendar.

In Bethlehem, a Palm Sunday Mass was held in the Latin Church of Saint Catherine, adjacent to the Church of the Nativity. Masses were also held in various Catholic churches in Bethlehem, Beit Sahour and Beit Jala, and in the city of Jericho.

In Gaza City, Palm Sunday Mass was held in the Holy Family Latin Church, despite the difficult circumstances imposed by the ongoing Israeli military offensive.

Ireland to Join South Africa's Case Against Israel at ICJ

Dublin will join South Africa's case against Israel at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) over alleged genocide in the Gaza Strip, the Irish Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday.

In January, the ICJ ruled on provisional measures in South Africa's case against Israel over alleged genocide in the Gaza Strip. The court ordered Israel to take urgent measures to prevent acts of genocide and ensure the flow of humanitarian aid to the enclave. At the same time, the ICJ did not order an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.

"The Tanaiste, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Minister for Defence, Micheal Martin TD [Teachta Dala, a member of the Irish parliament's lower house] has announced that Ireland will intervene in the case initiated by South Africa against Israel under the Genocide Convention at the International Court of Justice," the ministry said in a statement.

It is likely to take several months for Ireland to join the lawsuit, the statement said. Martin has instructed officials to start work on the process. Ireland will be in close contact with other partners who have also announced their intention to join South Africa in its genocide case, according to the statement.

RUSSIAN PRECISION STRIKES AND SUDDEN DEATHS OF NATO OFFICERS

On March 26, Russian military sources reported a successful missile strike on the Ukrainian military positions in the town of Chasov Yar located near Artyomovsk. According to the open sources, Russian Iskander ballistic missile destroyed an underground bunker, where Ukrainian command post was hidden.

Officers from NATO countries, in particular from the United States and Poland, were reportedly eliminated as a result of the strike at the command post. The foreigners were involved in coordination and command of the Ukrainian grouping in the strategically important direction.

NATO senior officers are largely involved in planning of Ukrainian defensive operations in the Donbas. Before the attack, there were reports that NATO ‘military advisers’ came to Chasov Yar amid the ongoing Russian advance in the Artyomovsk direction. On March 23, the Russian Ministry of Defense declared the full Russian control of the village of Krasnoe (Ivanovskoe) located near Chasov Yar.

Soon after the strike, Ukrainian ambulance aircraft were spotted heading to Poland.

On the same day, on March 26, Polish sources reported the sudden death of the Polish Brigadier General Adam Marczak. The Operational Command of the Armed Forces of Poland soon confirmed the reports.

“The unexpected death of Mr. General occurred due to natural causes, in his spare time,” the military department reported.

The Polish officials indicated, “the relatives and friends of the deceased were notified of the incident and assured of full support.” Thus, the high-ranked officer did not die at home.

The ‘sudden death’ of the Polish Brigadier General provoked suspicions that he could be eliminated as a result of the Russian precision strike in the Ukrainian town of Chasov Yar, where Mr. Marczak could ‘pass his spare time’. It is possible that he was killed in any previous Russian precision strikes in the Ukrainian rear areas.

Mr. Marczak was chief of staff of the Allied Operation Althea command, the EU-led military missions in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Polish contingent involved in it numbered only up to 50 soldiers who perform training and consulting tasks. Brigadier General Marczak also was the head of the Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Directorate in the General Command until July 2021. He served in the 6th Airborne Brigade, and then in the headquarters of the Special Forces directorate. He also held command positions in military missions in Afghanistan.

Together with the death of Mr. Marczak, the Polish military published several more obituaries of servicemen from the special forces and the NBC defence troops.
