Many women are embedded in the victim mentality the media/college/left culture nurtured in them, AND gave them positive reinforcement to cement. They don't know how to break out of the box. I guarantee that most will keep going, keep their eyes down and pretend its not happening.
Hell, they don't even go to the police anymore if they are sexually assaulted, or abused. They turn to social media as they've been trained to do..so that nothing can be done and they remain victims. The women members of this gym will bitch about it to all who listen, will stop bitching when they are met with woke resistance, and will continue going, feeling like they are the bad people
