The U.S. National Transportation Safety Board has given the first glimpse of conditions of the MV Dali after it allided with the Francis Scott Key Bridge, showing teams searching for chemical leaks, hidden fires, and inspecting damage.
National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) investigators and U.S. Coastguard boarded the container ship MV Dali on Wednesday to inspect damage and retrieve data from the onboard recorder to form part of their investigation. The Board has now released a series of photographs and video from those visits, giving an insight into the level of damage sustained by the ship — which is to be freed, refloated, and recovered by U.S. Army engineers and a specialist salvage firm — in the impact.

The bill by Assemblyman Reggie Jones-Sawyer is one of more than a dozen bills backed by the California Legislative Black Caucus seeking reparations for black Californians, especially the descendants of slaves. They stem from a July 2023 report from the state Reparations Task Force, where Jones-Sawyer served as a member, and underscores efforts to turn controversial policies into a legally-binding compensation scheme.

The Gateway Pundit reported on Monday that Homeland Security agents raided rapper and business mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Comb’s Los Angeles mansion as part of an ongoing sex trafficking investigation. The lawsuit filed by producer Rodney Jones claims Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs used his affiliation with Prince Harry, along with other big-time celebrities such as T.D. Jakes, to give himself and his associates legitimacy when throwing sex-trafficking parties where sexual abuse allegedly occurred. YGTBFKM Until today, I didn't realize that individuals are now being assigned ESG scores that some institutions use to decide whether they will do business with a person. I obviously knew about ESG scores that huge investment firms are using to force corporations to conform to ideological demands. I knew that in some cases, prominent individuals or troublemakers have been blackballed by banks and other firms. And, of course, I know that some companies that sell politically incorrect items are getting deplatformed by PayPal and even web providers. But I didn't know that an industry has sprung up to analyze individuals' purchases, carbon footprint, and other characteristics to inform banks
