AIPAC is using its ongoing war against Palestinians and the threat from Hamas to call for further sanctions against Iran, potentially pulling the US into a broader regional war.

AIPAC promotes the familiar line that “Israel does not target civilians” that is contested due to the sheer number of Palestinians killed and Israeli officials’ statements of intentions to “eliminate everything.” AIPAC is also telling members of Congress that “Israel is not blocking the delivery of aid to Gaza,” and that “reports that people are starving in Gaza are false,” but evidence shows that Israelis are blocking supply trucks.

Most Americans (55%) are war-weary and are against Israel’s war on the Palestinians in Gaza who have been bombed, starved and denied water and other supplies.

Farmers’ Protests Using Tractors to Block Traffic Halt EU Green New Deal in Its Tracks

Farmers’ protests sweeping the European continent have blocked traffic affecting millions of European citizens’ daily lives and have cost businesses tens of millions of euros because of transportation delays. Farmers object to costly new ‘green’ regulations and the importation of cheap grain from Ukraine.

The EU has ‘indefinitely’ scuttled the Nature Restoration plan that is a part of the EU’s European Green Deal that seeks to establish the world’s most ambitious climate and biodiversity targets. Under the plan, member states would have to meet restoration targets for specific habitats and species, to cover at least 20% of the region’s land and sea areas by 2030.

Hungary changed its vote, so there is no longer a qualified majority in support of the Nature Restoration plan.

There is a European Parliament election in June and the bill could resurface after the election.

New York City: Multiple Young Women Punched in the Face Appears to Be a Trend. Man Arrested.

Videos of young women who say they were punched in the face by unknown men while walking down the street in New York City have gone viral. Many say they were on their phone at the time of the attack. Most of the victims did not offer a description of the attackers, although two reported that their assaults were by black men. Social media influencer Halley Kate garnered over 35 million views for her video describing the attack on her. Skiboky Stora, 40, of Brooklyn, was arrested on March 27 on an assault charge in connection with the incident. He was reported to have been a fringe candidate running for political office and is a rapper who goes by the name ‘Designer Attitude’. Kate opined on why there are so many videos of women getting punched in the face and said, “I think it might just be a somewhat common thing that happens in big cities.” Critics pointed out that random attacks happen more frequently in blue states where laws are not enforced.

According to crime statistics for NYC this past week, misdemeanor assault is up 10.3% from this time last year, and it has gone up 15.7% in the past two years.

‘Unconstitutional’: FBI Demanded Identities of Users Who Watched Certain YouTube Videos

The FBI demanded that Google turn over the names, addresses and phone numbers of tens of thousands of users who watched certain YouTube videos. Police also requested that Google provide identification for people who viewed and/ or interacted with targeted Youtube livestream videos. Privacy experts contended that the FBI’s move was unconstitutional because it violated the 1st Amendment’s free speech protections and freedom from unreasonable searches outlined in the 4th Amendment. Police also lacked probable cause.
