m1Ψ was incorporated into Pfizer-BioNTech’s COVID-19 mRNA vaccine to enhance its efficacy.

This component was introduced in the mRNA vaccine as a means to produce a significant amount of modified SARS-CoV-2 spike mRNA through in vitro transcription (IVT). This modification was crucial in the rapid development and deployment of the vaccine during the height of the pandemic.

A ground stop for all Alaska and Horizon flights was instituted at approximately 7:50am PT. We’re working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. China Is By Far The World's Largest 'Hydro-Power'

China is the world’s biggest hydro power producer, having generated an estimated 1,303 terawatt hours of hydropower in 2022, according to data published by Ember, a UK-based energy think tank.

As Statista's Anna Fleck shows in the chart below, this equates to approximately 31 percent of global hydropower that year.

Following some way behind comes Brazil (427 TWh), Canada (398 TWh), the United States (249 TWh) and Russia (198 TWh).

When looking at hydropower’s share of total electricity production for each of these countries, then Norway comes first with a high 87.5 percent of its electricity energy mix having been accounted for by hydropower in 2022. Rideau Hall is facing criticism for being too partisan after hosting a panel on “online harms.”

Governor General Mary Simon hosted a symposium on the very topic the Liberals are trying to regulate through their controversial Bill C-63, dubbed the Online Harms Act.

The bill contains fines of up to $70,000 for online speech and life imprisonment for hate crimes.

In a post to X, the Governor General said that “everyone plays a part in shaping a positive digital world.”

Guests that were invited, however, included ex-CTV host Lisa LaFlamme, TikTok commentator Rachel Gilmore, transgender activist Fae Johnstone, Ottawa-Carleton District School Board trustee Nili Kaplan-Myrth, and Canada’s top public health official, Theresa Tam.

CBC receives $42 million in additional funding under Liberals’ new budget

The funding comes at a time of further declining subscriptions and ad revenues last year and potential layoffs.

The budget document says the funding ensures “Canadians across the country, including rural, remote, Indigenous, and minority language communities, have access to high-quality, independent journalism and entertainment.”

CBC president Catherine Tait called the new funding “welcomed news” after saying the state broadcaster may have to cut 800 jobs in December to address the $125 million shortfall projected for the fiscal year.

The Liberal government’s 2024 federal budget has sent shockwaves through Canada’s tech sector, with sweeping increases to capital gains taxes being the main cause for concern.

Leaders within the industry are voicing criticism at the Liberals, suggesting that further taxation could drive businesses and talent south of the border.

The budget, delivered by Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland, raises the inclusion rate for capital gains tax from 50% to 66% for individuals on amounts exceeding $250,000. The amendments to the Income Tax Act will come into effect on June 25, 2024.

The Liberals expect to make $19.4 billion over the next five years from raising the capital gains tax.

Benjamin Bergen, president of the Council of Canadian Innovators, explained in his organization’s response to the budget that the best way for the government to boost its revenue is to drive economic growth and productivity gains by helping Canada’s innovators.

“We hope that Minister Freeland and the Liberal government will listen to innovators and adjust this proposed tax hike before they do irreparable harm to the Canadian innovation economy,” he said.

If they do not, it may be too late, warned Bergen.

“At some point before too long, Canadians will go to the polls and judge this government not on its good intentions and future announcements. We will judge this government on the actual results they have driven for the Canadian economy,” he concluded.

Canada’s tech sector, as well as innovation and entrepreneurship, has more issues with the budget than just capital gains tax.

Coutts trio found guilty by jury, faces 10 years in prison

Three men have been found guilty for their role in the 2022 Coutts border blockade on charges of mischief over $5,000.

Marco Van Huigenbos, Alex Van Herk and George Janzen face up to 10 years in jail. The judge’s sentencing is expected this summer.

The trio were convicted on Tuesday night by a jury of six men and six women in Lethbridge, Alta.

Van Huigenbos said the charges are politically motivated because Coutts “lit the flame that turned into a fire” that resulted in former premier Jason Kenney losing support and resigning. He claimed some members of Kenney’s government sought to exact justice on the Coutts trio for Kenney’s resignation.

In the response presented in the House of Commons, Correctional Service Canada failed to provide any of the requested information, and notably, did not deny the occurrence of wrongful releases.

Rather than releasing the data or denying wrongful releases, Correctional Service Canada (CSC) reiterated that it "has strict safeguards to prevent such incidents."

An inquiry to Correctional Service Canada, initiated by Conservative MP Doug Shipley, requested detailed information regarding the number of federally incarcerated inmates who were "mistakenly released," including breakdowns by institution, conviction, and reasons for the release.

The inquiry also asked if any of the releases resulted in public notification.

In the response presented in the House of Commons, CSC failed to provide any of the requested information, and notably, did not deny the occurrence of wrongful releases.

"CSC has strict safeguards in place to prevent such incidents."

Eleven inmates were released in error from an Ontario provincial jail between 2021 and 2023.

According to a Federal Court ruling, Highway 413 will no longer be subject to the Impact Assessment Act after both governments agreed to mutually assess the project and tackle issues as they arise.

Ontario earlier accused Ottawa of overreach before filing a joint consent order with the court on March 20 to discontinue the roadway’s federal assessment.

Environment Minister Steven Guilbeault welcomed the agreement on Monday as evidence of collaboration on their shared jurisdiction surrounding the environment.

"It ensures federal interests will be maintained on the protection of species while offering Ontario, in light of the recent Supreme Court's decision, a greater level of clarity around the review process for the Highway 413 Project," reads the statement.

In its decision, the Federal Court said Guilbeault "acted beyond his constitutional jurisdiction" when designating the Highway 413 project in May 2021.

For more than two years, Ottawa stymied the 52-kilometre highway, forcing the province to fight the feds over its constitutional right to manage and develop its resources. Once completed, Highway 413 will connect the York, Peel, and Halton regions to reduce gridlock in existing roadways.

The Federal Court ruling relied on the Supreme Court of Canada’s decision in Impact Assessment Act Reference, which Alberta authored, according to a joint statement by Premier Daniele Smith and her Solicitor General Mickey Amery.

Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland promised Canadians more savings since tabling the last federal budget. Instead, she increased spending by more than $30 billion without a plan to balance the budget.

On Tuesday, Freeland proposed billions in new deficit spending despite claiming "it would be irresponsible and unfair to pass more debt to the next generation" in her budget document.

According to Blacklock’s Reporter, forecasts for federal deficits rose as much as 95% from last year.

The $39.8 billion deficit tabled this fiscal year is 14% more than the $35 billion forecast in Budget 2023. By 2026/27, a preliminary $30.8 billion deficit would represent a 95% jump from $15.8 billion.

GC Strategies partner Kristian Firth is set for testimony before the House of Commons in an extremely rare occurrence, something that hasn't happened since 1913.

MPs found a rare moment of unity last week, agreeing to finding Firth in contempt of Parliament for his refusal to answer questions in front of the House government operations committee in March.

As part of his summons to the House, he will also receive an admonishment from the Speaker, another uncommon practice.

In two previous essays, I have discussed popular nullification in the context of the American people rejecting the State’s propaganda and withdrawing their respect for the rule of law. As the U.S. and other Western governments continue to engage in a cognitive war against their own citizens, an increasing share of Western populations will conclude that their own institutions have been secretly targeting them as enemies. Because the World Economic Forum, the United Nations, and other globalist bodies have chosen to spread falsehoods (first they panicked about “global cooling” before pushing the more terrifying “global boiling,” after all) in a calculated campaign to sow public fear and drive public policy, authority figures have forfeited the public’s trust. As Western governments and their international coalitions (e.g., the World Health Organization) respond to the public’s rejection of their authority by imposing new censorship and surveillance rules on society, the fracture separating the governing from the governed will widen into an unbridgeable crevasse.

Western institutions have decided that a mixture of fear, lies, and coercive mandates (including vaccine passports, carbon allowances, central bank digital currencies, and social credit scores) will provide sufficient soft power to bring Western populations to heel. It’s a bold gamble that overestimates the cunning of those globalist leaders who execute it, while underestimating the public fury that will eventually be unleashed. In an early morning announcement April 17, ADF International announced that a Belgian court “has struck down state censorship,” thus allowing the National Conservatism (or NatCon) conference to proceed undeterred into its second day today.

The recently published Cass Review found that 'gender medicine' is 'built on shaky foundations' and recommended against surgical or pharmaceutical intervention for gender-confused children.

Dr. Jordan Peterson has condemned the government-funded Canadian Broadcasting Corporation for handpicking doctors to discuss evidence against the gender “transitioning” of children.

In an April 15 X post, Peterson blasted the CBC for only selecting pro-LBGT doctors to discuss the U.K. National Health Service’s Cass Review, which exposes the dangers of “transitioning” children through mutilating means, such as pharmaceutical drugs and surgeries.

During an April 15 health committee meeting in the House of Commons, Liberal MP Dr. Marcus Powlowski, while pressing the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), stated that “safe supply” drug policies have caused Canadians to feel unsafe in downtown Ottawa and in other major cities across the country.

A Canadian company is creating anti-drunk driving technology that monitors your eye movements and alcohol levels via cameras and infrared sensors that can trigger a kill switch in your car.

As reported by Drive.com, at the 2024 Consumer Electronics Show, the Canadian company Magna International unveiled the latest in drunk driving prevention tech.

This includes a camera that monitors a driver’s eye and head movements 24/7 to see if they may be intoxicated or drowsy, as well as infrared sensors that can measure and analyze the breath of a driver to determine the carbon dioxide and alcohol levels to calculate whether they’re above the legal limit.

If your car decides you’re over the legal limit, your car shuts down.

Despite ostensibly being intended to increase safety, the myriad ways that this sort of technology could be expanded, manipulated, and abused are obvious—not to mention it could get things wrong even when it does work as advertised. But that isn’t stopping countries around the world from mandating this technology be installed in all new vehicles.

This technology will soon be required in the US

In fact, the Biden regime in the US has done just that through an infrastructure bill, and as of 2026, if you buy a new car, it will be equipped with anti-drunk driving technology complete with a kill switch.

As reported by John Stossel, “You may not have heard about that because when reporters covered the last infrastructure bill, there was little mention of an item buried in the bill that includes a requirement that every new American car now must have a device to passively monitor performance of a driver, see if he may be impaired, and then limit vehicle operation.”

While this technology hasn’t been mandated in Canada yet, it is being made here, and MADD Canada has been in talks with and pressuring the Trudeau government to introduce a bill that would legally require all cars in Canada to be equipped with monitoring technology and kill switches.

In other words, it may only be a matter of time.

Part of the Liberals 2024 budget introduced on Tuesday includes an intention to introduce legislation that will increase the number of “equity groups” in Canada in the Employment Equity Act.

As per the budget, the Liberals state their intention of “Building a better, more inclusive future for Two-Spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and additional sexually and gender diverse people (2SLGBTQI+).”

The Employment Equity Act currently lists women, Aboriginal peoples, persons with disabilities and members of visible minorities as those deserving of “special measures” by employers.

Dr Julie Ponesse completed her PhD in Philosophy at the University of Western Ontario in 2008. She specialized in ethics and ancient philosophy. Ponesse also earned her Masters in Philosophy with Collaborative Specialization in Bioethics from the University of Toronto and a Diploma in Ethics from the Kennedy Institute of Ethics at Georgetown University.

She served as a professor of Ethics at the University of Western Ontario from 2010 until 2021.

In 2021 Dr Ponesse earned her greatest credential! She is one of the very rare professors of ethics in the world who maintained her integrity, and stood against the unprecedented violation of medical ethics that unfolded globally in the context of the covid operation against mankind.

The University of Western Ontario terminated her position and income for refusing to submit to coerced injections, be silenced, or take part in the covid crimes and lies against students.

Just as most doctors and nurses fell short and did not maintain their ethics or science under the psychological, financial and professional pressure of the covid agenda; the vast majority of academics similarly tucked their intellectual tails between their legs, and both submitted to and participated in gross violations of human rights and medical ethics; but Dr Ponesse did not.

She has earned our deep respect and gratitude. We can trust her to uphold the vital principles of philosophy and medical ethics in which she is well studied.

I am grateful to have had the opportunity to record this conversation with Dr Ponesse. I hope you will find it enlightening not only regarding matters of philosophy, medical ethics and the institutionalized violation of them since the launch of covid; but also in regards to having purpose and direction in life, for ourselves and our children. We also discussed ways to adapt to the current poly-crisis, so we may survive and thrive while the pre-existing institutions and governments around us are crumbling into illegitimacy and irrelevance.
