To blame Russia for Havannah Syndrome appears to have ulterior motives to cause conflict between the US and Russia. I strongly disagree with this sentiment and know for a fact that all this syndrome is just radiation attacks. How do we know, because we are currently targeted on a regular basis with not only chemicals but radiation. Chemicals and heat in the form of radiation is a catalyst to speed up the illness process. It started first as a means to get children into specialized hospitals (Q team should do profiles on the races of these children and they will see patterns and exclusions) and later became the preferred tactic against anyone that is considered a threat to these secret society criminals. I was warned that I would be targeted close to 40 years ago. These elite Satanic child traffickers developed this tactic to facilitate adrenochrome acquisition, but applied it to all their enemies due to it's effectiveness and actively recruit, indoctrinate, and fund local society members. Remember, the benefits increased life span of blood letting, started with Rabbis doing circumcisions, later this abomination became known among the elites, war lords, and is now practiced by soylent green crowd, and even the Chinese were mass producing adrenochrome and were selling it by the tons openly on Alibaba.
