I believe you, but who wouldn't be?
Mornin' Frens. I actually had a decent sleep last night. Not very long, but at least it was something.

Ya know, landlords have to be the lowest form of fucking life on this damn planet. I wish we could take their property away. Everyone that's ridiculously jacking their prices up while jacking their tenants off.
I think if someone plans to rape a woman, then she breaks out into this stuffโฆ She'll certainly ruin his appetite..
I don't know what that means and probably don't want to.
I looked at a two bedroom apartment on Sat. It was an old, dirty, worn down bldg. He told me it was $1500 a month with one month advance, so 3000 to move in and a 1000 dmg deposit. 4k. Then he informed me, that was only for one of the rooms. I won't tell you what happened nextโฆ
Biden? Well then I rest my case.
Those hostages are dead by now. Finish the job, finish it right and finish it fast. Enough is enough.
Not a landlordโฆ real estate and hotels.
Do you think Hamas has the ability to keep them alive this long? Can they even provide them with water or food or medical? Why would they? How would such a burden benefit them?
Office bldg and hotel. I do not think there are long term rentals there, certainly not any leases. Sure I could be wrong and I apologize if I am, but I am pretty sure I am not wrong about that. I do not think Trump owns rentals. He might own some vacation rental management co's thoโฆ they usually have a few long term, leased rentals.
Are you saying that coconuts are not?
But that was a friend of his he was trying to help out. Most people do not live in Trump Tower, permanentlyโฆ if they do, they are filthy rich and have pulled some strings. I'm not so sure I would call Trump a landlord. If so, at least he has class and tries to make his rentals ( if they really are ) worth it.
Okay, fair enough. There ARE exceptions to most rules. I will give you that. MOST landlords however, are criminals, preying upon the misery of their brothers and sisters and they do so without an iota of mercy or compassion.
Exactly right. No landlord should have this power over other's lives. They know this routine and they love to exploit it. Landlords are flotations of scum on the waters of the swamp.
We need a standard cap on how high the rent should be allowed to go and how often they are allowed to raise it. It is out of control.
I thought so too, anon. But didn't want to say anything, being neither a country fan, or certain of the conviction.
Right, but, buy a car and drive it off the lot and it's instantly lost 10% of it's value. How does all of this work? What kind of a country are we living in now? It was never like this before. I was never intended to be like this. We no longer have the right to the pursuit of happiness. We are simply squeezed too hard, on all sides.
Landlords, or in other context: LGBTFQ
It wasn't an "OR" It depends on the context of your question. In response to my post, it would be, "Landlords." Just as a general question, who is, THEY? The answer would be LGTBQF or whatever they are now.
Example, do a Google search on, "THey" shirts. (you know what THEY sayโฆ) watch what comes up.
Awwww fuuuuuuuuuuck!!!!!!!!
