I looked at a two bedroom apartment on Sat. It was an old, dirty, worn down bldg. He told me it was $1500 a month with one month advance, so 3000 to move in and a 1000 dmg deposit. 4k. Then he informed me, that was only for one of the rooms. I won't tell you what happened nextโ€ฆ

Office bldg and hotel. I do not think there are long term rentals there, certainly not any leases. Sure I could be wrong and I apologize if I am, but I am pretty sure I am not wrong about that. I do not think Trump owns rentals. He might own some vacation rental management co's thoโ€ฆ they usually have a few long term, leased rentals.

But that was a friend of his he was trying to help out. Most people do not live in Trump Tower, permanentlyโ€ฆ if they do, they are filthy rich and have pulled some strings. I'm not so sure I would call Trump a landlord. If so, at least he has class and tries to make his rentals ( if they really are ) worth it.

Okay, fair enough. There ARE exceptions to most rules. I will give you that. MOST landlords however, are criminals, preying upon the misery of their brothers and sisters and they do so without an iota of mercy or compassion.

Right, but, buy a car and drive it off the lot and it's instantly lost 10% of it's value. How does all of this work? What kind of a country are we living in now? It was never like this before. I was never intended to be like this. We no longer have the right to the pursuit of happiness. We are simply squeezed too hard, on all sides.

It wasn't an "OR" It depends on the context of your question. In response to my post, it would be, "Landlords." Just as a general question, who is, THEY? The answer would be LGTBQF or whatever they are now.

Example, do a Google search on, "THey" shirts. (you know what THEY sayโ€ฆ) watch what comes up.
