Paul Singer, aka Paul Elliott Singer, head of Elliott Management. He's a massive corporate vampire capiltalist. He specialises in buying shares covertly until he has enough to put his own people on the board, then sacks the CFO and takes control of the money. He then hollows out the company and moves on.
