Socialism/Communism leads to fascism.
They've been working overtime to convince the world that Hitler was one of the rare 'right-wing' dictators even though he was literally a former die-hard commie turned to socialism.
Dictatorship is antithetical to the goals and values of anyone leaning right.
While Q is not necessary left or right you could argue that most followers has right-leaning tendencies.
TL;DR: Fascism is antithetical to the core values of the Q movement.

What I meant is that those adhering to one easily jumps ship to another due to them being so similar. Like I previously described Hitler being a Communist pre-WW1 and being a Socialist (because that was socially accepted) post-WW1
