IF by “NYS” he means the $207.4 Billion NY common retirement fund, then that is politically managed by the New York State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli. DiNapoli also graduated from Hofstra University where Merchan graduated –a fellow Hofstra alum–and is a lifelong DEMOCRAT OPERATIVE.
