it is when they shit on the bill of rights and the constitution then proclaim what they are doing is 100% legal. The legal system has failed universally at this point. The only reason they are allowed to exist is because of the trust of the people based on impartiality. As there is none and justice is no longer blind but heavily weighed to one side what is the fucking point of it.
