The FDA, the CDC, and Indian Health Services are all UNIFORMED BRANCHES OF THE US MILITARY under HHS.

I have asked Pentagon officials if they have seen the budget for HHS and they have NOT.

HHS is funded by the US President under their budgets. This means Warp Speed was funded (in part) under 45's Presidential budget.

It also means all the transgender stuff coming out of HHS/UsMil was under the Resident budget.

Any FUCKERY from the CDC, FDA, or Indian Health is funded NOT by Congress, NOT by the USMil, but directly by the sitting US President.
