You can IP hop, new baker, but your attitude betrays you.

You've been making trouble for the last several days while on duty. Leaving links off buns, posting first notes very late, not respecting note collectors' contributions, and generally acting like King of the Road as baker. Also insulting anyone with the good sense to tell you off.

Most new bakers are open to feedback and ask for help when help is need. Acting like a prick is not part of baker tradition.

Here are some rules for you to follow that most bakers know instinctively:

  1. Bakers need to respect notetakers' notes - may change slightly or not accept if really off the mark, but cannot just ignore notables and treat noters like crap.

  1. When anon, bakers can opine about what they want, as long as not spammed. When baking, the focus should be on the bake (why we have rule that limits anime posting by baker). In other words, keep your opinions of other anons, bakers or admins to yourself.

  1. There is no rule that anons need to nom notables, baker can also contribute, anons can give feedback (which baker should listen to).

  1. When new bakers are learning and experienced bakers offer dough updates, new bakers should accept them unless there is a problem - which can then be discussed.

If you ignore these rules, don't be surprised to see yourself relieved of the bake or your next baked locked.
