Question:

Do any anons know of any studies re: the relative cost of employing men v. women?

It seems to me women have much higher medical costs and probably legal costs as well.

The only results I get are for the supposed wage gap nonsense. Any studies that actually look at the relative costs are probably buried deep, so I thought I'ld see if any of you know.
