A partial truth. It is not a day of the week is correct and it is not a meditation either. It is acknowledgement. If the world suffers around you or out there, and you feel you are being pious while you meditate, then you have your reward in full. If you can help then take action or perform a miracle, but acknowledge God by saving something other than yourself.
