Cop says she smells weed. Searches the car and finds a sealed unopened bottle of vodka and no weed. She opens the bottle on body cam, then tells other cops he had an open container.
She's also on video telling another officer she didn't smell anything. Prosecutor still sought charges and judge refused to suppress the "open container" even though her unsealing it is clear as day on the video.
Our system is a complete joke.
