Trips were disabled during OSS' regime.
Q didn't post for nearly a year under OSS. There is still no way to know if trips are enabled for Q now. The phrase whitelist gets tossed around but you will never know unless you are on it.
That's not the point.
The point is that in clown hands Q may simply not be able to use a trip to post, requiring he do Deltas or privileged pics to ID himself, both of which risk doxing him.
