i hypothesize that it's a precursor to transhumanism

where women will be provided opportunity to gain unheralded strength, so it won't matter if they play against "men"

will be part of the mark of the beast

same as covid vaccine was a precursor to the mark - it was a promise, one that people looked to for hope
