We need to be cautious about how we state this info. I believe the 40K doesn't represent ALL indictments. Some just say "sealed case." I'm not a lawfag so I'd appreciate if one would clarify. Weiner's laptop was sealed but was not an indictment.
Perhaps instead of saying sealed "indictments" we should be saying "sealed cases"? Clarification anyone? I want to be precise.
So we can confidently say that all 40K are actually indictments?
Personally, I think this is one of the strongest pieces of evidence we have (and I greatly admire and honor the anons who have been counting them!).
