You can get it in a few different forms at a farm supply store. Our medical system is still heavily communist though so getting the medication made for humans is a lot harder.

I've taken a 1.5 dose of the stuff every day for a month, and every few days since then without negative effects. All the medical studies I've seen say it's almost impossible to overdose on the stuff. Maybe I didn't have an infection die off that would cause a reaction.
I used to have some kind of skin mite to that would cause me to itch at night, had the issue for years and years. Taking ivermectin every few days for 6 months killed it off and prevented any reinfection from eggs left over in my environment.
Just an FYI ivermectin doesn't work on tapeworm species.
