You completely talked around my point without addressing it, so the chance of you being a shill is higher. The federal government has no power to regulate anything inside the states because it's not a power enumerated in the constitution.
If the government seized the power then it is treasonous and powerless. If any judge sides with the government they are also treasonous as it is their duty to follow the law, which is the constitution.
Your entire argument this whole time boils down to 'we elect dictators and the constitution and laws don't matter'
