Thank you for your request dated 3 August, in which you asked the Department of Health and
Social Care (DHSC):
“Dear Department of Health and Social Care, I would like to ask what information DHSC holds on:
Operation Lockstep, Rockerfeller Foundation, 2010 all information written and electronic
correspondence pertaining to this subject, specifically how that publication's plan could have been
made and acted out with such detail in according with what currentlyactually happening right now
including how they knew that:
the pandemic would start in China;
all governments would act in the same way "lockstep"; and, we would use face masks when they
have absolutely no effect in keeping viruses out exactly as stated in "operation lockstep"?
Who advised that and on what information did they base their conclusion that:
asymptomatic;
unvaccinated; or,
non-mask wearing;
people spread the virus or are more likely to spread the alleged virus and what is this based upon?
"pandemic" was an appropriate term before any widespread infections were reported and why was
epidemic never used?
