Hear, hear. Fed up with people claiming victimhood instead of taking responsibility for their decisions. Unless this female was escorted in handcuffs to the abortion table and operated on without consent (as happened in China under the one-child policy) she made a free choice. Now live with it.

>women who have been brainwashed from birth that you're not truly a 'free' woman until you've had an abortion are kinda victims. we ALL have a lot of deprogramming to go through. just another perspective. i abhor abortion and probably wouldn't be here today had it been legal when i was born.

I disagree. such women are not victims in the truest sense of the word. They have chosen to have an abortion. A victimm is one who has no choice in thge natter. And please remember that the whole pro-abortion debate is found on a woman's right to CHOOSE. Now slide out of that one if your distorted logic allows.

Wrong. I don't believe that consensus has any value at all - any more than does compromise. I believe in principles - black and white, good an evil, right and wrong. Consensus is just a hodge-podge of opinion that is worthless.

>well there is good, and there is evil. they are equally powerful. consensus is what determines which one is winning. if consensus wasn't important, then what is the purpose of a representative republic or a democracy?

I mind not a jot "which one is winning" via cionsensus. 99% could believe in a particular course of action which, if it went against my principles, I would not follow. What makes you think that majorities are necessarily correct? THat's a very dangerous route to travel, imo. I would prefer to be 1 in a million or billion and be on the side of truth than concur with the herd.

Yeah, don't I know it. It is never the competent or talented or gifted or creative who rise to the top. It's always the yes-men and they're nearly always accountants or financiers or lawyers - parasites, anyway.. And most accountants are dullards (with the exception of a few like Charles Ortell).
