Not Sure what/why youzguyz were on the subject, but it made me remember a DVD i got out of the dollarbin many years ago. Italian TV miniseries about the early (formative) years of Benito Mussolini (portrayed by a young Antonio Banderas). Italian language with English subtitles. “Benito”… if you can find it.
Made for television, it is looooong with lots of slow and boring and melodramatic stuff. However, there were several VERY GOOD passages depicting the class struggle of ‘the neoIntellectuals’, in particular the childish communists with their excruciating language labyrinth of brain twisting. Very much like the Progressive Leftist Liberal NPR/PBS Academia of today in the West.
